Most transient shapers were built for pop and handed down to everyone else. Transforce wasn't. It treats attack and sustain as two separate signals — each with its own parametric EQ, its own saturation, its own tonal-vs-broadband split.

Translation for the people in the back: your kick hits like a hammer and your snare crack stops fighting the ring. Tighten the snap on the whole drum bus while the body still breathes. Pull pick attack off a guitar without touching the note. Add grit, edge and sizzle until it cuts through the densest wall of sound you can build.
